Andrew has always been interested in real estate and after graduating with distinction from the University of Guelph's Real Estate program, he set his sights on expanding his knowledge of the industry through investment and hands-on experience.
Starting out with a large multi-residential real estate company was just the tipping point to Andrew's real estate career. In the first three years since graduation he has purchased four rental properties in Southwestern Ontario. With his full-time position as Operations Manager, four investment properties and numerous other interests, keeping busy is not hard!
The goal is to add one cash flowing property per year to his portfolio while continuing to expand his knowledge of the industry.
Through REBB, Andrew hopes to help other investors through experience, tips and advice on market analysis, finance, property management, marketing and just about anything else that comes to mind!
